These benefits are available through a Champion Health Account that can be accessed online via computer or smartphone. Once you’ve signed up, the onboarding process for employees is simple. 

Plan participants can expect the following steps to take place after you sign up.

Welcome Email & Text

Immediately after their organization signs up, employees should receive a welcome email and/or text that invites them to register for their Champion Health membership. During the registration process, they will be given all of the information they need to receive the benefits featured in their concierge Champion Health membership. 

Account Customization

Once your Champion Health account is created, you can complete your health profile to provide us with any information we may need to customize our care. This process is very important, as it allows our team to connect you with the ideal Champion Health Provider based on your needs. Providing as much detail as possible will make it easier for us to match you with the perfect provider! 

Access Our Services

Once your Champion Health account is complete, you will have complete access to a dedicated medical team that is prepared to assist you with any pressing health concerns or medical needs you may have. To reach us, simply use the Akos member portal to reach out or call us to schedule an appointment. Virtual visits are also available whenever and wherever from any smart device or computer.
